Journal of Business Insight (JoBI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal
published by the College of Business and Economics at Debre Berhan University, Ethiopia.
JoBI publishes original, high-quality research and thought-provoking articles that advance the
fields of business, economics, finance, accounting, management, marketing, logistics,
tourism, project and related disciplines. We invite researchers, scholars, practitioners, and
graduate students to submit original research papers, review articles, case studies, and short
